HealthLab provides comprehensive lab testing services at seven locations in Chicago’s western suburbs. In addition to serving patients of Central DuPage Hospital and it's affiliated facilities, HealthLab also provides diagnostic lab analysis services for independent physician offices, medical clinics, long-term care facilities, home healthcare agencies and occupational health groups throughout DuPage and Kane Counties.
